It is amazing to be facing Family Proud’s four-year anniversary. It has been a moment of reflection, thinking about the hard work of the last four years.
Some people see us through the lens that we still have a ways to go and I agree, the journey up the mountain is never ending, however it has been and is worth the climb.
It is also important to recognize that we are continuing to move forward in a positive direction and it is also important to acknowledge what we have overcome in the last few years. Many of those challenges which would have caused many startups to come to a full stop. Team turnover, A GLOBAL PANDEMIC, remote work and pivots along the way.
I want to recognize all of our team members, both past and present that have been a part of this journey. I commend the sacrifices made to believe and contribute to the Family Proud mission.
The ebb and flow of this journey is difficult, but I wholeheartedly believe in our ability to climb this mountain and stay focused on those we aim to serve. We are excited for the opportunities we have in work and are thankful to be able to continue to be Family Proud!
